Mike the owner came by my home 15 minutes after I called them!! it was almost scary how fast he came over and he was very nice and he promised to do this and promised to do that and said he put the house back like it was well that’s not the case. I still have carpet where they didn’t tack it down like it should’ve been. I had to call them out several times I even had to contact the engineer several times so he could come and look at the work. He put these Hispanics on the job that didn’t speak English, I’m not prejudice but I wanna be able to communicate with someone especially when you’re paying $23,000. I had to keep calling his wife about the job how they would start on my job then they would go on another job, they would put me on!hold put me on hold!put me on hold!! I was so upset once the job finally got completed about four months later, the guys that they hired only spoke spanish. They took everything that was on the patio and put it in the yard next to the pool and they left it like that. They left huge pieces of concrete all over the backyard where they had to fill in the sidewalk area is uneven. They misplaced my cannas in a different area. I had them spread out. They put them all over one area. The soil was approximately 7 inches taller than the regular ground. I had to pay somebody $120 to level it. it was a mess. and his wife is the secretary. She use bribery and she asked me that I leave a review and I told her yes she read the review and she came back and said Gretta what can I do for you to leave me five stars I will give you some gift cards $200 worth.

I am a Realtor. I had a big complicated repair on a house under contract. Time was of the essence. Trifusion stepped up and took care of it. I hired Trifusion to come fill a small void under my slab discovered after busting tub out.Their crew was early,easy to work with and handled the slab lift and replacing a hose bib for a reasonable price. They used camera to ensure they didn't infiltrate hvac vents in slab. They worked my small job in quickly per my schedule. Will definitely recommend them !

Austin came out about 6 PM to evaluate our situation and found a drain leak in the crawl space. He offered to fix the leak that night. He did but he got home late that night.We talked to 5 companies about the settling in our 70 year old house. We had previously installed 10 piers. Michael was the most knowledgeable and offered a reasonable price. I am glade we chose Trifusion. Any the office has great customer service. We are very happy.
